What a package includes
Each package includes only the services and quantities displayed on its product card at the time of purchase. Packages are prepaid service bundles, not subscriptions, memberships, medical plans, or guarantees of results.
Scheduling
Purchasing a package does not create an appointment. Call the spa to schedule each visit. Appointments depend on availability and must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Validity period
Packages should be redeemed within 12 months of purchase unless a different period is stated in writing at checkout or required by applicable law. Contact us before purchase if you anticipate needing additional time.
Use and transfer
Packages are intended for the purchaser. A transfer to another person requires advance approval from Alabama Cosmetics & Spa and may require identity and purchase verification. Packages have no cash value and may not be resold.
Substitutions
Included services are not automatically interchangeable. If a listed service is unavailable or is not appropriate after an individual discussion, the spa may offer a reasonably comparable cosmetic service or another resolution agreed with the customer.
Refunds
Completely unused packages may be eligible for refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Partially used packages and missed appointments are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
